Shipping Policy

Shipping Options

All of are products are shipped from our location in Newark, California. We use either UPS, FedEx and USPS for all shipments. As part of the checkout process, we will present you with shipping options that best match your product selection. While we try and provide the most accurate shipping costs, all shipping costs are estimates. The actual cost may be more or less. Tracking information will be provided with each order.

We also offer pickup from our location for our local customers.

International Shipping

International orders may have additional customs fees and/or tariffs depending on your country based on your order total. You, the buyer, are responsible for paying these fees. Some of these costs may not be calculated at the time of checkout and may be added to your order before final shipment. We will do our best to communicate any additional fees before charging your account.

Shipping Time

Every effort is made to get you your order in a timely manor. Current Processing time before shipping is 1-2 days. Transit times provided by the shipper are not guaranteed and can be impacted by many different factors. Delivery dates and times may be increased during seasonal peak times or due to weather conditions, natural or man made disasters and acts of God. Under no circumstance are these delays grounds for an order being cancelled.

Freight Shipments

Any product that is over 75 lbs. in weight or has a combined length and girth exceeding 84 inches is considered overweight / oversized and cannot be shipped by normal methods. We offer local pickup from our location or we can set up a freight shipment. All freight shipments are shipped via a common freight carrier. Freight shipments are shipped dock-to-dock unless otherwise requested. If any special services are required, the customer must inform us at the time of placing the order or be subject to additional freight fees. Special services such as lift gate service, inside delivery, residential freight shipments or appointments necessary may be an additional cost to the customer after checkout. The customer understands that any additional services that are required after the product has shipped are completely the responsibility of the customer to pay.

The customer understands that they must also be able to receive the shipment when it’s delivered. Freight companies charge a fee if they are required to attempt a re-delivery if the shipment was unable to be received and no one was there the receive the order. If the customer can not receive the shipment for over 1 day, freight companies charge $50.00+ per day to store each pallet that was unable to be delivered. The customer is responsible to pay any of these additional fees.

Incorrect Shipping Information or Undeliverable Packages

If your shipping information is incorrect at the time of order and prior to actual shipment, you will have an opportunity to correct it by contacting us directly. Should you package have already been shipped, the shipper may change a fee to correct the address for each package shipped. The customer is responsible for any fees assessed after the package has been shipped. Items that are refused delivery or deemed undeliverable are eligible for a refund, but the customer will be responsible for the ALL shipping costs and any applicable restocking fees. The customer will also be responsible for shipping costs should we need to reship your packages.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We rely on the same tracking information we provide you when the package is shipped. Once your shipment leaves our location, we have no control over it. As such, we are not liable for any lost or stolen packages. Most packages lost in shipment are due to shipper error. Your package might be delayed but eventually show up. Please contact the shipper directly.

Damages During Shipment

If products were damaged during shipment we will process the claim for you. It is the responsibility of the customer to inspect packages and product upon delivery and report any damages. Damages occurring during shipment must be reported to the shipping company within 72 hours of receipt of shipment in order to avoid any additional shipping charges. Please contact us immediately to report any damage.

Please do not ship your product back until instructed to do so. Dependent on the product, we may have the shipper inspect the package upon pickup or complete the inspection when the product is returned. Please provide a picture(s) of the damage as this will help speed up the process of your claim. We will provide a refund once the claim process is complete.
